This shelf is good but it is too expensive for the price IMHO. The engineered board is just straightaway bad and of a very low quality. There were initial chips on the corners and it starts to chip easily if apply little pressure. Metal structure is good enough. Product is built to last due to metal frame. It doesn't have doors. I would however replace the particle board with a solid wood blocks later in the future but for now I will have to deal with it. Check your product dimension as per your requirement. This product was meeting my dimension requirement and conveniently sits above my computer table that would be used to hoard more things. I tried searching other shelves but this was the only one I found to be practical and to my liking. It has a multipurpose use and will only contribute in making your room organized and tidy. So, nothing wrong in getting it. You can use it in Kitchen, Living room, Bed room or any other areas as per your requirement. You may go for it if you are looking for shelf without doors.
