Takes some time to get the "hang" of it.
Nothing major to complain about; I just had to get used to the new appliance.Once I ran a couple of cleaning cycles I understood the brewing process. I'm currently drinking my first cup of coffee and it is good. I'm going to try a Kcup next.

Only 1 cup !
I love the machine style but it will not accommodate any other cup. So in case you’re interested in this machine, know you can ONLY use the cup they provide. And if you have a guest..? Well then you’re out of luck.

Mixed review
Just returned this. It is possible, since I bought this from Amazon Warehouse, that I got a bad unit. I usually try and buy from the Warehouse due to price and have rarely been sorry, but unfortunately this is one of those times. I was looking for a unit to make a quick cup of decaffeinated coffee in the afternoon.Eventually this unit did make a nice cup of coffee but it didn't work as it should. I read the reviews about the quirky instructions and of course downloaded the manual (was missing from the unit) and followed all the instructions. The machine did okay until after the pre-warm(orange lights) when the white lights stopped blinking (time to push the start button for brewing) it spurted a large amount of steam and shut off. The start button had to be pushed a third time to turn the machine back on and actually start the brewing process. In the end I did get a nice tasting quick (relatively) cup of coffee but still, the machine did not functioning as it should. It is a nice little unit, very attractive as a counter appliance and comes with both a loose coffee and a pod container. It has a provided glass cup (very thin glass) that can be used as a cup or as a container to catch your coffee then emptied into your cup. Maybe a new model would have worked ok but it would have also cost almost twice as much as I paid. I won't be taking that chance.

We have a love/hate relationship. Not the coffee maker’s fault, I promise.
I wanted to love this coffee maker so much! I really liked the unique look of it, and it’s obvious that much was put into designing it. There are many things I truly loved about it. Unfortunately, I have many health issues, and my hands won’t stay as steady as I’d like them too. So placing and removing the “kcup” holder, is a bit too difficult for me. I struggled with it over several days, but eventually had to break back out the Keurig ):It really is a very well designed coffee maker, with features that I’ve yet to see on others.. Even large name brands. The water reservoir design is possibly my favorite feature. The coffee maker appears to be very well made, and the accessories are extremely nice. I hadn’t expected to receive something of this quality when ordering a brand I’d never heard of, to be honest. The issues in my experience, are primarily because of my health issues and my sobriety, that makes it difficult for me to unlock the “kcup” holder. With my Keurig, I just drop in the kcup, and close the handle… Though still shaky, I can usually manage that much. On this coffee maker, there is a type of locking mechanism, which of course, I’d love, if my hands didn’t hate me… but the slight “catch” when trying to remove it, or push in to lock it in place, is too difficult for me with my shaky hands. To note, my daughter doesn’t have these issues, and had no problems placing and removing the holder. Of course, she tried to take claims on it, since I “couldn’t use it”, but I have hope that one day, my hands will love me again, and I WILL be using this beautiful coffee maker once they do!

Kind of works
This machine kind of works. It looks cool but you have to hit the brew button a lot for it to work. If you have a larger mug, it will also hit the tray and pull it out.

Do not get this machine
I just needed a little coffee maker. It came pre-used, dirty, not to mention I bought it new. I clean it up to plug it in because I really needed a coffee maker, and it didn’t work. Get a keurig, don’t waste your time.

CORNESTY Automatic Coffee Maker for Home, 240ml Drip Coffee Brewer
This is such a nice coffee maker once you figure out how it works. It makes a quick cup of coffee and in my opinion, it's such a cute little coffee brewer. There is no leaking and it works well. I put a reusable K-cup in their with some coffee grounds and it works well.

Heating element does not work
Purchased at the end of August but was in the process of moving, kept it packed up. Opened and used for the 1st time a month later and everything works except the heating element. Makes cold coffee. Truly disappointed, reached out to the seller as fast as possible, awaiting a response.Update: 2 months later and I was reimbursed for the item. Took long per excuse is we are out of China. Every message or response takes 4-25 days. . I even submitted a video with thermometer to prove heating element does not work. In the end there was a resolution. It just wasn't worth the hassle. Bumped to two stars.
