Good Quality easy application.
As soon as you brush it on you can tell it is good quality and very easy to apply with hardly any drips.I used it to paint 2 wooden garage doors which are exposed to wind and rain.It was almost effortless to cover these 2 doors in 30 minutes. I am in my late 60s and have low stamina.Drying time was very quick indeed.2 weeks later and the 2nd coat has just gone on, the weather being mild enough. I am pleased with the colour and the finish, and of course the durability. The way heavy dampness has just run off these doors from an early mist is proof of that. And of course there is the 10 year guarantee! As regards smell, there was virtually none. The only paint that Was better than this was a B&Q paint 15 years ago and that was a one Coat application paint. As that is no longer available this was the nearest option.I would have been more pleased and given 5* for Thickness if this was One Coat. Having said that, the ease of application gives it a strong 4 points. It recommends using their Undercoat but I didn’t. That would have been 3 Applications!Anyway, for quality, price, ease of application, and hardly any odour, this lives up to the reviews.

Top marks from me! This was for an indoor job though so don't use my review for outdoor usage. I bought this to paint my stairs. I needed something hard wearing for such a high traffic area. After trying numerous glosses and having to sand off a redo and sand off etc I figured the vicious cycle would never end haha! This colour is stunning, it goes on very blue and I initially though "oh god what have I done" but it dries the colour on the tin and looks beautiful. Not an overly glossy finish which I love as some gloss paint are super shiney they look plastic. Dries really fast, which was handy for me as I was able to do the second coat after a few hours. I'm so happy with this I'm buying another when I can afford to and doing some other projects in this colour too. I had enough to paint 14 stairs twice and a two coat on the full banister and railings up my stairs so the 750ml stretches well.

Really impressed
Brilliant paint, I bought this to paint my old wooden boat as it's elastic and durable. The paint flows very well and has superb coverage, it dries to a lovely shine as well. It's obviously not intended for use on boats but I thought I'd try it and see. It hasn't had a proper testing yet but it's looking good so far and I'll update my review next year with the results of my trial. Certainly does what it says on the tin

Doesn’t do what it says on the tin! BEWARE!
I had a brand new hardwood patio table, followed all the instructions - rubbing down, using the Ronseal 10 year primer, and carefully painting 2 coats allowing each coat to dry. It looked good, and I was very pleased - especially as I thought I wouldn’t have to worry about it for 10 years....After one year the paint had blistered and cracked, in places through to the wood. It looked like an old table in need of renovation. After 2 months of emailing and phoning, and being ignored, Ronseal eventually said they would replace the tin of paint. No mention of ‘sorry that you have to rub it all down and start again’. 2 months later I’m still waiting for the replacement paint. To summarise: Ronseal - dreadful product, false claims and awful customer service. Don’t waste your money.

Easy to use. Dries quickly. Not quite as glossy as oil-based gloss paint, but perfectly acceptable for the job.
I'm using this to paint the woodwork in my bathroom, where the exterior grade should mean it's resistant to moisture. Obviously it's too soon to say whether it lasts 10 years. It doesn't give the same glossy surface as a slow-drying oil-based paint, but for the job it's perfectly acceptable. Being able to rinse brushes in water rather than white spirit makes the job a lot less messy. I hope it won't be long before all types of paint are available water based.

Not suitable asexterior paint in my opinion
I have found this exterior paid t to be well below the standard that I would have expected. I had applied two coats of Ronseal undercoat before applying two top coats of this paint less than 4 months ago. the wood is looking so bad I will have to repaint and it's not made winter yet

Post Office red paint. Easy to use.
This arrived yesterday and I used it to paint my shed. It is similar to pillar box red. The tin was smaller than I expected, but has given me two coats on my shed, which does have some large window areas. It dried quite quickly and went on well. Given that it is supposed to rain all day today I would say that it arrived just in time! If it lasts ten years it will be a real bargain. This was also on top of a decent primer and undercoat and using good synthetic brushes
No doubt technique is a big part, and I take responsibility for that side of things, but compared to other paints I've used this is rather unforgiving; obviously you need to go thin enough to avoid drips but then the paint doesn't 'grab' itself together enough to avoid brush marks. This was also on top of a decent primer and undercoat and using good synthetic brushes.
