I would like to say I am a beginner to the joys of weightlifting. This setup works well at so many levels. First up, the rack is super easy to setup without a cluster of pieces to put together. Had it up in under 2 hours tops. The rack itself is pretty sturdy. It may not be a true blue 11.gauge rack that costs 2x as much. But when loaded with over 300 lbs in weights it holds down without a whimper. I use the rack everyday for all my barbell exercises. Unfortunately at 82" the pull up bar is too short for me at 5'10" - I try to collapse my legs but it doesn't feel natural. Other than that I love the look and feel, the ease of moving the restraints around. I invested in the land.mine attachment and barbell holder and its made this so much more potent as a setup. Thoroughly enjoy it. Spend the extra 200$ and get this and you won't have any clutter storing weights as well.

Purchased for use on my sunny rack and what an amazing value. Easy to use, versatile, and very durable. The plate pin is for non Olympic plate holes though so keep that in mind when purchasing. I already had a larger pin which was planned. Great value.

What all these dip bar attachments have in common is that the width is not adjustable, and is too wide for my preference. This design is the easiest I found to modify though, just need to cut one side and weld on a short piece of extra pipe, and boom now you have sturdy dip bars at the perfect width which will last forever. For reference, I'm 6'2" and my squat rack is 46" wide measured from the center of each post. I needed to add an extra 2" to one side in order to adjust it how I wanted.

I bought this to see if the home gym thing was going to work for me. I’d recommend the dip bar attachment as well. I do keep at least 90# of weight on the rack whe using it just for balance because my garage floors a little uneven.

After having a poor experience from another company’s dip bars, I ordered a used pair of the Sunny Health and Fitness dip bars. They were a great price and I didn’t have high expectations given my initial order of the different pair. These ones are much higher quality. They fit the rack well and feel much sturdier. The handles are thick and knurled which makes the my grip feel good. My rack 2x2 and 48” wide and dips feel comfortable if not maybe a bit wider than I’d like, but I’m 5”9 so if you’re any taller it will probably feel even better. Exceeded my expectations especially given the price. I do not see any damage or scratches even though it’s a used pair. Would recommend.

Funciona a medias ya que nesecitas comprar otra pieza para anclarlo al rack efectivamente o tener 2 discos grandes (45 o 25lb) para ponerlos acostados en el piso y poner ahí la mina.
