This is just the best pancake mix around. Just add water, better than any other that I have had. Used to use it at the breakfast cafe I worked at. It is high enough quality you can add peanut protein or some other flour and it still comes out fluffy.

As a family we loved it, it tastes great.

I have used this brand for more than 5 years and would not buy another brand. Super easy to make batter, just add water and heat up your griddle.

There is nothing to dislike in this mix. It makes fabulous pancakes especially when you add blueberries or pecans. It is the easiest to use and I have used this particular product for years. It is a good one!
