Stuck with a dangerous, unusable machine.
I bought this treadmill because I live in AZ. Summer heat is brutal on my pup but she still needs to walk everyday. Bonus that I can use it also along with the rest of my household. About three months into owning it it starts acting up. The belt stops abruptly despite the display showing it is still going. It speeds up, dangerously, whilst the display shows no change in speed. It went from a speed of 6mph which is a nice jogging pace for me to a speed I could not keep up with. I had to jump off to avoid getting hurt. Thankfully I was on it and nobody else. If it had been they would have been seriously injured. I have put in two requests to have them come out and take a look at it, no response. It has been about two months since I put in the last request for a follow up. Still nothing, no emails, no phone calls. Wait times to contact customer service are over an hour. So at this moment I am stuck with a treadmill that takes up a huge amount of room and is useless. I am sad and frustrated. I have had Proform in the past that is why I went with this brand. So very disappointed.

It works
We've had our treadmill now for almost a year and it's performing great. So far (knock wood) no problems. It does require two people to put together but it's very easy to do if you're even slightly capable. It's a very sturdy machine and the motor has no issues with me (165lbs) on it. No slipping or stopping. Like I said, it's been great thus far. Would certainly purchase it again but hoping this one lasts us a long time.

Disappointed...will update when my replacement part is sent to me.
My treadmill came to me damaged. The monitor was completely broken. Im still waiting for a replacement monitor. I havent been able to use it....really disappointed.

Great Machine
This treadmill is great. Without the wireless I don't have to be concerned about automatic updates screwing it up. Just completely satisfied.

After getting my treadmill and putting it together the console ...
After getting my treadmill and putting it together the console was not working. The screen showed to activate ifit. after doing that as well the message still stayed there and still would not work
