I have an EZ Pass account from New Jersey; can this be added to that account, or do I need to create another account for Indiana for this pass?

Short answer is: you would need a new account - Long answer is: E-ZPass Hard Tags (any transponder really) are linked to the agency you purchase from. So for New Jersey, it would only be able to route transactions/tolls through the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (ezpassnj.com) and your account there whereas this transponder is from the Indiana Toll Road (IndianaTollRoad.org) and you would have an account there for this transponder. The agency links with the transponder.

Can I use this on a Motorhome

I believe the answer is yes and no - yes meaning if your RV is a 2-axle and the windshield will allow proper mounting and reading of the transponder. The answer is no because of the windshield issue - there are "bumper" transponders specifically for these types of situations. If you're worried about that issue, I would suggest taking a look at the bumper transponders - that you would purchase directly from ITR (https://www.indianatollroad.org/e-zpass/purchase/)
