Dreadful , dreadful !
It seems I never learn . Why didn’t I read the reviews ughWorst part is I bought 3 for doggy friends , how embarrassing now . absolute rubbish . So disappointed . None represent a ball ,the cage is flat and oval , doesn’t roll , the roll ups just fall out because of this , they were vacuumed packed so I cannot now return them I opened all thinking the first faulty , then thought they would pop to a ball over time !! NOPEThree expensive pieces of rubbish .More embarrassing for me as they are presents .Sellor , you know this , you should not sell anymore .you should offer me my money back !!

My pup likes it but it’s almost completely chewed to bits
My dog lovessss his snuffle ball but he tends to rip the strips out and play with those, then he finds the treats inside.It’s done okay though and I’ll most likely buy another because he does love it. It’s just not very robust but I have a big breed pup.

This item arrived shrink wrapped and is nothing like a ball . Even after leaving it a while it hasn’t reformed a ball shape it’s just flat.To try and get a refund you have to go through the effort of sending it back first . It’s ridiculous and is definitely not safe for my puppy to use . Very disappointing I would have given zero stars if I could . Please don’t waste your money

Arrived squished and a mess in the bag.
Flat packed so took forever for it to sit ball shaped for the dog which made it almost impossible to keep the rolls inside the slots filled with treats and they just fall out. Had it months now and still not round. Waste of money!

Don't make the same mistake as me, read the reviews first!!Came vacuum packed so the plastic ball is squashed and will not return to the ball shape.Quality seems pretty bad too

My dog loves it.
When you add treats to it my dog loves to sniff them out. It adds to his investigating powers and enriches his play.

Not quite as pictured due to how its shipped.
The media could not be loaded. Well Luna loves it, keeps her busy, she has it mastered now so gets through it quickly- going to try more advanced puzzles i think.Personally i feel this is something i quite easily could have made at home, with how it arrived- air sucked out the plastic bag, its caused the rubber part to be extremely out of shape, still pretty flat even after trying to adjust it.The flower shaped part are just long strips of cloth, all shoved inside the rubber.. either way, my girl is happy with it so it still gives a paws up 😊
