Q: will this one fits in my door if i have a standard door lock installed or i have to make a different holes?

Yes, Carlos, it will replace a standard door lock. You must drill only two small holes to accommodate the upper mounting screws. Caution: Make sure you drill the holes straight or the new lock will not install properly. This is a great lock for the money with a world-class biometric sensor.

Q: How rfid reader works and how I get the card?

The RFID card can be used to open the lock (instead of fingerprint). A couple of sample cards are included; if you need additional cards give us a phone call to order - or you can purchase them on our web site (timeclocks and more.com)

Q: How long does the battery usually last before a change is necessary? When you answer, if you could include how often you use it? Thanks!

I have had mine installed for over 2 months , it is used about 20 times a day 6 days a week by my shop employees. Has not needed a battery change yet. Hope that helps.

Q: Is the RFID off by default? some kind of power saver mode? I have sent 2 back because the RFID was not working.

Default factory RFID is turned off for power saving. To turn on the RFID function, you need to scan a registered fingerprint then press + button. Detailed instruction can be found on the 2nd page of the manual in the box.
