Great product when it was 750 mg, now 600 mg. Just noticed another price increase. Beginning to prove too expensive for a O.A.P. like me. My pension was increased by 2.4%, this new increase is close to 25% if you would like to maintain 1500 mg per day

These capsules arrived promptly in a tall slimline plastic pot. The pot is 18.2cms tall, 10cms wide and 2cms thick, so this may be an issue if you have limited height for storage They are of the larger variety of capsule that is listed as being of ‘’veggie origin(HPMC)’’ if that is important to you. Their smooth nature makes them easy to swallow. The tablets are a mixture of turmeric and black pepper powder, the latter being essential to aid the absorption of the turmeric. The serving size is listed as 2 per day so this container will provide a 45 day supply. Turmeric is listed as being a strong antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory effects. It has, apparently, been historically been used as a digestive and joint protecting supplement. It is a bit hard to say whether they are working given the nature of such supplements. I can say that there have been no adverse effects to date.

TAKEN AS A SUPPLEMENT DID ALL I EXPECTED IT TO

With enough for 45 days if you take at the recommended dose of two per day these are not a bad price however they have dropped in size which is a shame. The size is okay - not the smallest but easy to swallow. I was concerned that there could be a bad aftertaste but this has not been apparent. Turmeric is well know for anti inflammatory properties so worth taking as a natural alternative to medicines.

As I get older I know I'm not in prime condition anymore. Looking to try and help top up on things that help I grabbed these to add to the collection. The bottle comes with a foil seal that is easy to open, the pilss inside are a vibrant orange and while containing Tumeric and Black Pepper do not have any strange taste when taken.

These arrived nicely packaged in a tub designed to fit through the letter box. The capsules are an average size and veggie friendly. I found them easy to swallow. The black pepper is supposed to help with the adsorption of turmeric somehow. There are 90 capsules and the dose is 2 per day, so 45 day supply. at £11.99, these are well priced.

These Turmeric capsules are excellent, and offer good value as they will last 45 days if you take them as instructed. They come in capsule form and are easily swallowed with water. Turmeric is known to be beneficial for bone joints, making it ideal for older individuals and those recovering from joint injuries. Hopefully, they will help improve my knees. I would recommend them.

These are decent turmeric capsules, no aftertaste, and the capsule size is pretty much standard to most turmeric capsules I've taken. I love the style of packaging they come in, these flat bottles are so easy to store. I do think you can get better value supplements if you shop around, but they are good for the price.
