This was bought as a gift, so initially I was disappointed when I unwrapped it to find a number of black spots on it. A Google search came up with all sorts of advice for removing these, and I went with mild soap and water. Some elbow grease was required, but this removed the spots. This was the only disappointment, and that was only temporary. In every other respect I was happy. Extraordinarily speedy delivery, the tankard is of reasonable weight, and the engraving added a nice touch.There are many other tankards on the market, most of which are much cheaper. However, few of them have the brass trimmings, and these make it stand out. You get what you pay for, and I am very happy with my purchase.

The photograph of this Tankard does not do it justice. You need to hold it to experience the "WOW" factor. I bought this as a present and, if I had not had it engraved, I would be tempted to keep it. The engraving is so professional I am amazed that it was delivered so quickly. A big "thank you" to all concerned.If you want a Tankard, buy this one.

The seller was helpful before purchase, as I was anxious about ordering a custom item; it arrived on time (i.e. very fast). The high-gloss finish was unblemished, very polished and the brass and pewter was melded well. The engraving was very fine. The tankard isn't light - it's not very heavy (which I wouldn't have objected to - suits a tankard), but it has a good heft.Comes with a little care-instruction insert. Note the box the item comes in is dark grey/blue card, it's fine wrapped up but isn't necessarily ready for presentation just in the box it came in, if it is being gifted.The tankard was given as a gift and was very appreciated.

This item is top quality and beautifully engraved. Arrived in time for a special occasion and admired by many friends and family members.

The pewter / brass tankard was a gift for my fathers 90th birthday and I was really pleased with the quality of the product and the custom engraving. From order to delivery was only a couple of days.
