Better than my store bought penne. These have great flavor, and do not turn into mush. Being organic, I use these in a lot of my different soups and use for the macaroni and cheese and my cheese burger soup and with my spaghetti sauce. I stopped using macaroni and only use these. These are a great quality food and healthy as well. I just ordered two more bags yesterday as I am running out. These were less expensive than more grocery store and so much better.
