Canterbury is a completely awful company to do business with. First, there is a mistake in their listing. It says natural gas in the description and propane in the title (as of July 2020). It can't be both. I took a chance and I was wrong. Second, they didn't want to let me return it because they said "It contains a flammable substance". That's crazy. It's an empty pipe that I never took out of the bag. After more than a month and a dozen email exchanges they finally agreed to take it back. But they charged me $10 shipping and a 20% restocking fee, even though it was entirely their fault. Btw, this exact item is available at Home Depot for $28. This company is a ripoff.
