How do you change the bulb? I can't figure out how to do it as it's such a tight fit.

You will have to exchange the whole unit for a new one as they are sealed units. They are normally lifed at 20,000/30,000 hours so your supplier should exchange it free of charge.

Does this product include bulbs?

Yes led ones ,you cannot replace them so when one goes your finished. I personally love the light and v happy

The older version of this product mentions that the light temperature is 2,700 kelvin. Does anyone know is this version is the same?

Our Warm Glow Dimmable products range from 2200K to 2700K depending on how bright you have the light, the glow becomes warmer, as you dim the light.
