Interesting, and detailed
While I found this book very interesting, I’m guessing I’m not the audience the author had in mind. It is a fascinating story of a rare sheep breed from Scotland., and how it survived. It is in-depth and the reading gets heavily technical at times. I suspect sheep ranchers, breeders, or others involved more deeply with sheep than I am, would gain the most from those sections of the book. I am reading it as a craftsperson and artist who uses wool in my creations. It is part of a book club read for me.
