I am using these bars for hand therapy after an injury. They are work great and provide the needed exercises for my hand. They come with a set of instructions that help strengthen shoulder, arms wrists and hands. It is a good workout for older folks.

I broke both hands and wrists in a motorcycle accident. Post-surgery, I was using a product similar to these with the physical therapist, but wanted something to continue working at home. This set of three cost about the same as one as the brand the therapist used, and worked/work great.I like having three different resistances, so I can start light and work up to the harder tension ones.I've been using these several times a day, for about two months, and they're holding up fine. I have no doubt they'd hold up to long term use. Good quality product that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Nice quality physical therapy grips. The only thing I didn't like about this product was that they are not labeled as to weight resistance as some of the other more costly brands. It would be better if size was printed or engraved on the ends.

I bought these items for my wife to use after surgery for tennis elbow on the recommendation of her physical therapist. The resistance was exactly as needed starting from light to heavy, which helped her throughout her recovery period. The durability was excellent and even travelled well when on vacation. The material is grippy yet not sticky and the ease of use made her stick with using them through her rehab.

These are just like the Theraband but cheaper. Got rid of my tennis elbow in 3 days.

I'm a stroke survivor and needed something to help rebuild strength of my weak hand and arm. This is awesome! It is helping build my grip, finger, forearm, wrist, and even shoulder muscles so much so that the strength on my weak side is rapidly approaching the strength of my strong side, which is well developed! Thanks so much for such and innovative and versatile product! The design is superb, especially in that it is grip friendly without fear of slipping. Highly recommended! An amazing value for the price!

Just received the product yesterday, the bars seem to be what i ordered but was disappointed with the bag we received.. if possible I’d like a replacement bag as we would like to take them with us as we travel for sons baseball . How can I go about getting one?
