Simple kit at a good price
A flat-packed dinosaur for just a couple of pounds! Can't be bad.Nice little present (and really light & easy for posting too).Covers a fairly wide age-range too (little ones can watch Mum or Dad making it, older ones can 'help' find the right pieces etc. and still older ones can get on with it by themselves).I have used various of these for children from 3yrs up to 6yrs or so.It would probably be fine for children a bit older too, who I guess could paint it etc. if wanted - paint not included!.The pleasure is in making it, and looking at the finished product. It is definitely a model rather than a toy, and I doubt it would last long if 'played with' (certainly by smaller children). It isn't really designed for that though and I haven't tested it!I guess you could probably make it more robust by purchasing glue & sticking the pieces in place, but it probably isn't worth it (we haven't).I guess that you can dismantle & re-make the models if you wish (though some care might be needed to avoid damaging the pieces).Overall a good few minutes of entertainment for a wide range of ages at little cost and with an end result they can have on their bookshelf or whatever to admire.

Great Afternoon Art project!
I purchased this set for my 7 year old son for some afternoon art projects. He's done a few similar construction kits, and really likes dinosaurs so we gave a few of these a go. They come flat packed, you push the shapes out of the wood pieces and construct. The instructions are easy to understand and although a little rickity when together, overall its good for the price. My 7 year old loves them. We have purchased several different ones as hes enjoyed them so much. Hes painted a few with acrylic paint and the wood takes well to that. I'd recommend for a young dinosaur fan, but will probably need a little adult help.

Really happy customer
A wonderful product promptly dispatched.Better than I was expecting. The only reason I have knocked a star is due to the plastic cellophane wrap. Trying to reduce single use plastics and I saw no reason for this to be plastic wrapped.

Easy to follow instructions
My grandsons love these construction kits and this is very appealing. May need a spot of glue though in places to help keep it together

Pieces were very easy to pop out
A difficult dinosaur- took a little over an hour. One leg slightly difficult. Pieces were very easy to pop out, and almost no need at all for the included sandpaper. A little difficulty on the lower pieces on the tail section- watch numbers carefully as some slots are out of sight underneath the dinosaur's hip/pelvic joints. Would recommend.

Instructions fairly easy to follow but the backbone design/joins means the top ...
Instructions fairly easy to follow but the backbone design/joins means the top and bottom sections are prone to separating.

Super, brilliant
Bought this for my twin daughters dinosaur project in P1 (as well as the pterodactyl kit). Brilliant item and very easily assembled, just needed a wee dab of superglue to make sure smaller parts stayed in place and worked a treat. They were so proud taking them into class and teachers were so impressed they hung them from roof for all to see. :)
