Super Premium Freeze-Dried Dog Treats 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)

I’ve gotten Walk About freeze dried treats before, the kangaroo and rabbit. My dog loves them. She has issues with her pancreas, so I used them because they were a very low fat treat. However, the product has changed and the fat content for the kangaroo is now 21% instead of 9% and the photos for this change have not been updated. I believe the fat content changed because of the addition of preservatives. I hope my dog can still eat them but I’m not sure yet. I’m sure she will still love them but her body might not.

My fiancé and I have a 1.5 year old husky mix and a 8 month old yellow lab, so we are constantly training everyday. I am always looking for great training treats that are (preferably) single ingredient and for a good price! I hate when I get a new treat bag from a new company and the bag is so tiny that I literally only use that bag for one or two days before the treats are gone so then I am stuck without treats. I have never had this problem with this company because the treats are at a great price for the ounces you get! I also love the size of the treats because they are great for doing simple training work like “middle” or “focus”, but I can also use a handful when training a recall so it’s more exciting and rewarding for my dogs! I buy these treats in bulk now so I can always have different kinds of treats for my dogs, and I don’t have to worry about the calories or taking out a percentage of meat from their raw diets!

My dog has IBD and a history of pancreatitis so I was looking for treats with the novel protein rabbit with less than 15% fat. The description says 9% but the bag says 24%! Also, the type on the bag is unclear in some places. So I called the company 2 weeks ago, to explain and clarify. Not only did I not get a response, they have not updated the description.

My dog can only eat limited protein sources rabbit happens to be one of his favorite. This product delivers.The only issue I have with this product is that it's not one ingredient. It would be so good If it was one freeze dried ingredient like liver or, heart etc.

You can smell how fresh it is when you open the bag. The treats are perfect size for training or as a topper. My Lab gets loves the taste and I love the quality. This is now on the Subscribe plan.

I've ordered these for about a year and they are consistently the same good quality. My dogs love them!

I am so impressed with these! My dog loves them! They don’t smell wonderful but you don’t notice it unless you stick your nose in the bag. The bag came jampacked full, so full that when I took off the rip open top I had a hard time closing them because it was so full! No crumbled crushed or broken pieces. I will definitely be buying again!

If you are buying these because of the low fat……abort mission! I ordered these previously because of the 9% fat, as my sweet little girl is prone to pancreatitis, and they were great. New package just arrived and I noticed the packaging had been updated with a new look. Flipped over the package and it now reads 34% fat! Woah! And….Amazon says they are not returnable, so goodbye money, nice knowing you.
