No Pain No Gain!!! Feel the burn!
I’ve gotten back into the healthy regimen of everyday life once again. I commit to at least a one-hour minimum doing physical exercises. I take this supplement 20 minutes beforehand. Starting out I did exactly like this brand recommended and added a 1/2 of scoop into my water. I purchased the lime flavor being that I like lime. It’s not the best taste, but what supplement is lol. I feel so energetic while using. I don’t crave all the unnecessary snacks that I used to. You can’t go wrong! Always remember, what works for me may not work for you and vice versa.

Allergy warning!!!!
I bought the purple blast flavor from the onest website in November- only allergen warning was milk and soy. I just purchased this one from anmazon and it has milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, soy, wheat and sesame. I am disappointed since I have a severe shellfish allergy and can’t risk it. They do not accept returns so be careful, 60 dollars wasted.

Yum!
I like the like flavor! I have used a lot of caffeine, energy drinks, and pre work outs in my life so I have a lot to compare it to. I definitely felt this one! Like an electric current zing. I like that for some days. The value is a little steep, but some other ones I’ve bought are about that price point. I’d say this is a good quality one though.

This was not cheap, so I was disappointed when. I opened it and it was LESS then half full

Where is the rest of it …
The media could not be loaded. I don’t remember this coming less then half way full . Just make the container smallest and stop misleading people. I think this is great product but the price is def a little high for the amount in the containers now days 🫠🫠

This item tastes horrible. The pineapple flavor is the best. I am stuck with drinking this flavor. It’s too expensive to let it waste.
