Items are defective and listed incorrectly. They do NOT work on/off grid. Atrocious Customer Service
Update: I added 2 stars to my rating because we got a partial refund for the 2 inverters that were defective and they wanted me to fix this review for said refund. I cannot give 4 or 5 stars because they put us through hell to get this fixed. It took 4 months for them to fix this issue. They would go days to weeks without responding, giving us the run-around as to why they couldn't refund us or fix the issue. It was always "our engineers are trying to figure it out". We lost out on thousands more dollars because of their lack of action. The refund only covered the cost of the inverters and not the half a year of time wasted and money put towards a power bill. This is all due to defective devices. We bought an inverter elsewhere and kept the remainder of the items. These inverters are defective. They do not work as advertised. I have been in contact with the seller since January. It is now going to be April. They have promised a refund on the defective items and I have happily agreed to return the items as well ...but now they keep giving me the run around and refuse to give me a straight answer. They want us to "wait for their engineers". No, they can solve their issues on their own time and their own dime. I am losing out on hundreds of dollars every month they push this off. I will update if this issue is ever solved. So far, we're out of thousands of dollars and have been royally ripped off with devices that are defective and do not work.
