Very Impressed
I am very impressed with this rack so far. I received it in perfect condition and could tell while assembling it that it's good quality. I'm glad I spent a little bit more on this instead of getting a cheaper option with inferior quality/weight limit. It is very easy to put together, especially if you have your own tools. The adjustable pull up bar height is a nice feature, I'm 5'11" so I chose the taller option and it works well for me. This is my first time building a home gym, and I plan to have this rack for a long time.

Excellent bang for the buck!
Arrived intact and very well packaged with all pieces in perfect order. Instructions are clear and set up is simple but you might need a helper to get the upright aligned with the base. It is sturdy and well made, perfect for my home gym but certainly not “commercial grade”. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and have had no issues. It does rock a bit if you don't put weight on the pegs and swing a lot doing pull ups but it doesn’t feel unsafe. *A word about the safety arms: I read reviews where people complained about them being slightly angled back and I have to mention that this is not by accident and if you use the equipment properly you shouldn’t be leaving the bar on them unless you fail a lift. You should be able to properly re-rack the weight and if you do fail a lift with 400-500lbs on the bar you are going to want that to roll back slightly to prevent the rack from toppling over you. If you are benching and the arms allow the bar to roll into your face then you are not positioned properly and neither are the arms. Hope this helps.

Great for a beginner, intermediate, and even advanced lifter
This thing can apparently handle 800lbs. Now i dont doubt it but i would never put 400+ lbs on the rack before bolting it into the floor. I bench 160 and when i fail it doesnt bode the best confidence placing the weight on the catch arms. The catch arms are strong…the problem is that the rack is prone to tipping. Just dont always try to max out on it. Great product overall sturdiness, easy of putting together probably took an hour and a half of light work. Comes with a landmine attachment.

Still happy 2 years later
I've had this squat rack in my garage gym for 2 years, and super happy with the purchase. Glad I didn't spend more - yes a full power rack would have been nice, but this was the better choice for the limited space I have.Pros:- Sturdy: Granted I don't lift that much, but I rack and unrack my little 135 load with no worries. If I was lifting like 300lbs I'd maybe want to make sure there were some plates on the rack, but I can't speak to that as I am a shrimp.- Love the landmine attachment- Only rack I could find low enough to fit in my garage and still be able to do pullups- J hooks and safeties are functional and easy to adjust. I've failed squats many times with no issues- I can store my 45s, 35s and 25s on the back with no issue.- Top cross bar means I can set up a cheap pulley machine for pulldowns, rows, flys etcCons:- My biggest complaint is I really really wish the pull up bar was a standard bar diameter. The top cross bar is thick enough it makes gripping for pullups with my shrimp hands a lot harder, therefore making me feel even weaker.- I wish the safeties were parallel to the ground and not inclined. I haven't had any huge issues, but rows would be a bit more convenient with straight safeties (yes I could use the j hooks but then I have to adjust more things), as the bar will always roll down to the rack. The bigger issue is benching with safeties. I have found the perfect set up putting my flat bench on some floor mats so that the bar will hit my chest without bouncing off the safeties and still not crush my nose if I fail, but it's still pretty nerve-wracking to have that incline with 100lbs over my face. Again, shrimp here.

Very nice rack!
Im a bit new to weightlifting. The rack is great! The large holes are perfect for future aftermarket additions or changes. Only downside is the top cross bar is a bit wide. Not very comfortable for pullups.I wonder if they sell an upgrade kit to turn this into a full cage. The parts look identical to the full cage besides the bottom triangles. I got this to fit in my bedroom. Didn’t expect the base to be full cage wide. Should have just gotten the full cage.

Good value for home gym.
This rack fit the bill for me with the small footprint and the right height for my lower than normal ceiling garage. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about an hour or so including unboxing, assembly and clean up. It feels sturdy enough to do pull ups on without any weights on the pegs but I put my 45’s on there for added stability. I don’t think kipping motions would be recommended though as it’s a little low for that. Strict movements are fine and probably strict muscle ups would be fine but again it is a bit low. One of the plastic feet did break a bit during assembly but it isn’t really of any consequence for stability as it’s just a ~ 1 inch piece of plastic that sits on the bottom. Enough was left to not unbalance the structure. Instructions were easy to follow. The other selling point for me was the landmine attachment which is an added value in my opinion. All in all it’s worth the money and you are getting a good deal for a good product.

Wonderful!
I am so happy with this purchase, it is so sturdy, strong and does the job perfectly well. It was easy to assemble it and also to move it around if needed.

Excellent, but one major flaw
It's very sturdy. Frame material is excellent. The lower brace really helps to keep it sturdy, which isn't common on other units. The land mine attachment is great. The weight pegs are a nice touch. Overall quality is amazing. Easy to assemble. The only problem is just as other said.. the catch arms are on an angle. I don't understand that at all. It has to be a manufacturing mistake. No one would design safety arms that allow the bar to roll into the users face when doing incline press. If you get a bit creative, you can 'fix' it, but shouldn't have to do that.

Great for home gym
Quite happy with my purchase! I was going to go with a competitor stand but it wouldn't ship to my area. I think a lot of the other reviews cover the good points, but some of my notes:- Arrived extremely well packaged - great job to Fitness Reality- Have a 17mm socket wrench and hand wrench because the ones provided in the kit are terrible- I live on the east coast of Canada it took a month to receive it from order date - it ships from California and spent 8 days at the border!- Depending on what type of weight bench you have, the cross bar might get in the way. i had to sell my bench and get one with less bulky legs to do some presses- The j-cups aren't the best - wish they sat into the frame more snug

Perfect for the basement when the gym is closed.
Sturdy and well-built. I considered buying a full cage but that seemed a bit much for the basement. This does everything I need. I read some reviews complaining about the angle of the safety arms, I really don’t see an issue with them. I ordered it on Monday and was using it on Thursday. Easy to put together, maybe an hour total. When I was putting it together two of the plastic floor feet supports broke, I emailed the company and they shipped out new ones in a couple days.Very satisfied so far.

excellent cage for home gym
I waited a couple of months before writing a review. I have to say that the build quality is excellent. The base is sturdy, car hold a lot of weight (i squat around 300 pounds). The inclinaison in the arms did not bother me. Overall an excellent cage for a decent price. When you install it be wary of the plastic foot for the base, they are fragile, two of them broke when i install the cage.
