I'm only using one of the two right now. It sits on my desk, in front of my monitor, and holds my discbound planner open. It's wonderful for this purpose. I like the clear acrylic aesthetic for my desk, so this fits in well with my other accessories. It's pretty sturdy, and came with no scratches or chips thanks to the protective film.I wish they sold these in single packs rather than in double, as buying two at the price I did was a bit much for how I'm using it. I didn't need the second one! But I guess I have a backup in case anything happens to the first one?

I have some little 2.5W solar panels and needed a slanted stand like this to adhere the solar panels to so they can sit on a table I have outside. The design makes it great for ensuring water doesn't pool, and it's easy to tie down to table with a thin rope. The slant additionally allows you to keep some things out of most rain (adding plastic flaps or just stuffing the ends of the holes will prevent almost all issues); I kept a charge controller and breadboard under it for a couple weeks without issue.If you do use this for something like solar panels, pay attention to the specifications of what you use to adhere them to the stands. I did one stand in hot glue, which I eventually learned melts at a lower temperature than I was anticipating!

As a collector of vintage carded action figures, I bought these acrylic stands to display my graded figures at an angle, and they work perfectly. This pair of bookstands perfectly holds 3 graded figures so I bought 2 sets to display my 6 graded figures.Since this product is transparent it doesn't distract from what's displayed on it.And since it's strong and wide it feels very stable. I don't worry about things falling off if the shelf (or whole house) were to shake.

I’m writing this review because I see many of the negative reviews addressing the same point, which unbeknownst to them is a mistake. Many wrote that the object was not as described because it is frosted. In order to prevent scratches, the company puts a protective coating (see pictures on the product page) on BOTH sides of the acrylic. It’s on really well and it took some time to peel them off (start in the corner) but once removed, it reveals a super clear book holder. I bought 12 of them for a meeting and every single one was perfect- no cracks, no scratches. We personalized the back of each with the person’s name and so everyone knew where to sit at the meeting and could rest their books/notes on it. Side benefit, when one person knocked over their cup, everyone’s papers were protected. I thought this was a great price for a wonderful product and I felt bad that people were getting the wrong information. I highly recommend this product
