Lousy packaging
The coffee was good, if not a bit overpriced. They sent it in a padded envelope. Starbucks package is a thin cardboard box. Package was crushed as were the pods. For these prices it should have been hand delivered by an Olympic runner.

Smashed box of bitter trash
Best to go with Nespresso. I'm a big time espresso enthusiast and have tried every variety of Nespresso and own several machines. I saw this Starbucks brand capsule and wanted to give these a shot, mostly out of curiosity but I got nothing but bitter notes from this. Not sure if stale or something but either way it was gross, very little crema was produced as well, it just didn't do the Nespresso thing. Also the package was repackaged in a plastic Amazon bag because the box was so damaged. I question if Amazon sold me a smashed box of old coffee now. I tried one shot and will not bother with the rest. Starbucks should stick with the pumpkin spice lattes I guess lol
