good customer service but not for bigger kids
These are equal in quality to the franklin ones at walmart. The covers come off when my big boys play with them but they are probably fine for younger kids. My older boys want to play with the younger one so we were looking for balls that wouldn't hurt the younger ones when they play but these are not sturdy enough for metal bat/big boys. Probably fine for tball.

Practice Baseballs that Feel Great
Very impressed with these practice balls. The size, weight, stitching and feel is very similar to real balls. Squeeze them, and you realize they’re made of slightly pliable rubber, which make them safer and less intimidating for a youngster to practice with. Still, they’re very solid feeling. Not sure how well they will hold up, but they seem well made.
