I’ve had the Frizzlife WB99-H Countertop Reverse Osmosis System for 3 weeks. Pros: • Because of the high value, Amazon provide a security code to be given to the delivery driver in person. • Very well packed in a strong transit box. • The product seems to be of very good quality. • Easy to fit the water containers and filters. • Frizzlife also provide a tank cover to prevent green algae growth if machine is placed in direct sunlight. • The water tastes really good. Just what I was expecting and hoping for. • It is quite easy to use. There are 3 set temperatures, but you can also have ambient or select any temperature between 45c and 100c if you want by tapping "+" or "-". • There are 3 set quantities, but there is a continuous discharge / stop option too. • The last settings set remain the next time the machine is used unless the power has been switched off. • If you do not like the taste of alkaline from the smaller (SC) filter, there is a non-alkaline version available. • The water pitcher is a nice touch and useful to take a quantity to the table or even to fill a kettle if you have to make drinks for a large number of people. • The pitcher is quite slow to fill, but the dispensed flow of water (taken from the pitcher) is reasonably quick, even when heated. • It only makes a sound when the pump to filter water or dispense it comes on, but that’s quite quiet. Cons: • Frizzlife only guarantee the product for 12 months. I am surprised it is so short for a high end product and that it doesn’t offer an extended warranty with an online registration. • Not truly plug & play as stated in product video. On first use (or when filters are replaced) the system needs flushing by filtering 3 to 5 full tanks of water. Each tank cycle takes around 20 minutes – so at least an hour to complete. • The water pitcher is a bit big to easily put in my fridge for chilled water. I think it will be fine for a large modern or American style fridge. • UV sanitation only applies when water is dispensed directly at less than 60c. • You cannot permanently disable the child lock safety feature (if you don’t have children you could do without it). • If you have trouble lifting a normal kettle of water, then this may not be for you. The water tank cannot be topped up when it gets low, like some other products, because waste water is produced that has to be tipped out and the tank refilled from the tap before fitting it back. • It can sometimes be difficult to lift the tank off the machine. Observations: • Do read the owner’s manual in full before first using the product. • A full pitcher holds 1.4 litres and automatically fills from the bottom. • If the feed tank requires refilling, The machine will continue to dispense water until the pitcher is about 0.25 litres full. • The water tank holds 4.5 litres of water, but a bit over 1 litre of waste water is produced to be tipped away, so true capacity is approximately 3 litres. This equates to around 12 cups of 250ml and for two in the household we have to refill the water tank once and sometimes twice a day. However, if the water is in the feed tank for more than 48 hours, the change tank water indicator will come on anyway. • 4.5 litres of water is about 1 gallon and Frizzlife claim the main reverse osmosis filter is rated at 900 to 1000 gallons / 1 year service life, dependent on original water quality and the smaller filter should last around 3 months. • At the time of writing this, the main filter and a pack of 3 of the small filter costs £161 from Amazon, an average £13.40 a month over 12 months. However, you do get 1 of each filter with a new machine. • The machine displays a TDS ppm result post filtration. TDS is total dissolved solids and ppm is parts per million, and represents the total concentration of dissolved substances in water. TDS is made up of inorganic salts, as well as a small amount of organic matter. • Apparently, tap water can range between 150 to 400 TDS ppm. My unit displays filtered readings of mostly between 10 and 18 TDS ppm and occasionally as low as 2 and as high as 33 TDS ppm. The higher readings tend to appear when the feed tank is nearly empty. I think this is because of the higher concentration of waste water. I have not independently verified how accurate the readings are. • Frizzlife advise that the main reverse osmosis filter gets rid of 99.99% of 1000+ contaminants, including chlorine, lead, heavy metals, fluoride, mercury, volatile organic compounds, chloramine (derivatives of ammonia and organic amines), arsenic and much more. I think this is a great product and I recommend it based on the short time I’ve had it.

The Frizzlife Countertop RO System is a great option for those who want purified water without complicated installation. It’s easy to set up—just plug it in, fill the tank, and it’s ready to use. The filtration performance is impressive, noticeably improving the taste and quality of water by reducing contaminants. The built-in TDS meter and smart touch panel make it easy to monitor filter life and water quality. However, the water dispensing speed is a bit slow, taking about 30 seconds to fill a standard glass, which can be frustrating. I also noticed some concerns about the company’s certification transparency, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, this is a solid countertop RO system that delivers clean water in a convenient package, but be prepared for the slower flow rate and do your research on certifications if that’s important to you.

I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews about errors, and it wasn’t an obvious choice with more established brands out there. What won me over was the option to produce alkaline water—or not—simply by using a different filter. Installation was very smooth, the hot-water function works great, and most importantly the water quality is excellent. The noise level is low and unobtrusive. I’ve only been using it for a week, so we’ll see how it holds up, but so far it’s met my expectations and I’m happy to recommend it.

I received my filter on the 31st October 2024, set up was a little fiddly, where the filter was a little tricky to lock in in. But once done it worked like a dream. The only thing I would say is that the was speed of the water was too slow for the drop to the cup therefore I found my drink was never hot enough not even when using 100 degree temp. The sc filter ran out in just over two months which is costly to replace so frequently which I didn’t expect I would need to replace so often. However the main issue was out of the blue yesterday when a H5 error code appeared on the machine with no prior issues I couldn’t make sense what had happened only having made a drink a short while earlier. The H5 error wouldn’t allow any of the button functions to work, so as you do I tried the good old turn it off and on again trick and oddly despite my turning the machine off at the mains the display led was still lit up I even pulled out the plug and to my amazement it was still lit up then I switched to a different outlet and nothing then low and behold after a short while it turned off itself never to turn on again. RIP frizzlife it was a bittersweet journey. But save your money and your time and do not buy and look at an alternative machine. For the hefty price tag of £599 this is not what should be happening.Thankfully Amazon have accepted the return and will refund the amount. I only wish I read the 1 & 2 star reviews as most are reporting the same or similar faults 3months into purchasing.

Une fois un ou deux containers d'eau, l'eau est nickel En résumé, un achat que je recommande sans hésitation pour ceux qui recherchent un bon filtre à eau fiable et efficace. 💧✅

Frizzlife WB99-H Auftisch Umkehrosmoseanlage, Sofortiger-heiß Wasserspender, Alkalische Osmoseanlage. Das ist ein super Gerät. Einfache Handhabung und Bedienung. Deutsche Handbuch. Trotzdem hatte ich probleme den kleinen Filter in das Gerät zuschieben. Mir fehlte die Kraft da ich an Motorikstörungen leide. Ein Nachbar hat mir da geholfen. Die Quick-Anleitung ist leider nur englisch. Da hat mir der Support klasse alles geschickt. Was fehlt ist ein richtiger Ausschalter. Eine Steckdose mit Schalter löst das Problem. Das Wasser schmeckt frisch. Danke . Update: Die deutsche Quick-Anleitung habe ich laminiert, ausgeschnitten und am Gerät angebracht. Super.

(RETIFICA) il manuale era solo inglese, tedesco, francese e spagnolo, ho mandato una richiesta di assistenza direttamente dal sito del produttore, per sapere se era possibile avere il manuale in italiano, ho ricevuto risposta il giorno seguente, da un operatore molto gentile, dove mi ha spiegato che il manuale in italiano era in fase di traduzione, e che comunque, sono disposdibili a fornire tutta l'assistenza necessaria, a distanza di un mese ho ricevuto una mail con il manuale in italiano, l'assistenza su questo prodotto è davvero superlativa, raramente ho trovato un servizio così attento al consumatore. Il primo avvio ha richiesto due ore di lavaggi, la macchina impiega una vita a riempire la caraffa e l'erogazione è altrettanto lenta. Quando segnale che il serbatoio è da riempire, nonostante contenga ancora acqua, mi hanno spiegato che questo dipende dall'impurità dell'acqua e da quanto scarto genera. Non raffredda l'acqua, questo già lo sapevo, ma ci ho sperato fino all'ultimo. Ho rettificato a 5 stelle per l'ottima qualità dell'assistenza e perché alla fine, l'acqua depurata è buona. Ho letto di tutto sull'acqua demineralizzata con osmosi, ma a distanza di 6 mesi sono ancora vivo, la usiamo quotidianamente con un consumo di circa 5 litri al giorno

Se fácil de usar, el agua sabe muy buena sin sabor ni olor, no me gusta o lo cambiaría las dos jarras son demasiado pequeñas, por lo demás está bien, un poco subida de precio,si buscas algo cómodo es la perfecta
