Perfect cake tin
This is just what I was looking for in a springform cake tin. I make a chocolate Guinness cake and the batter is very thin. With other tins I would get a lot of leakage, but not with this one. The bottom of the tin is a tray which catches the initial leakage and forms a seal preventing further leakage and therefore no mess in the oven. Great addition to my baking utensils. Would highly recommend.
