This is a very good premium olive oil. Light consistency with a very smooth taste. No heavy aftertaste, great to cook with or use for salad dressings or a drizzle. Very pleased being my first purchase. I will be purchasing more in the future. Lovely enough to drink .

Purchased this over a year ago, and wanted to leave a genuine, honest review of what I have thought over the past 365 days. This is the BEST olive oil I have tasted so far. We use it for everything in our house - sauteeing, frying, baking, dressings, etc. It lasts a LONG time too - we use it almost every single day and one container has lasted us almost an entire year. I'm ordering again this week. I highly recommend this exact olive oil. It is a great value too, considering how much a very small bottle of evoo is now-a-days.

EXCELLENT oil flavor. A FAVORITE olive oil that we have also given as gifts and everyone loves the flavor. However, a 4 star becasuse of customer service and quality of the tin when arrived. FIrst time was perfect. Second tin so banged up it didn't want to sit up for storage. When I sent a message it was obvious the company did not give a HOOT about how it arrived. I have since ordered from another company which carries many oils, not this one, and their tins come with a two box system to protect the product. Also ATLAS does not add the POLYPHENOL counts on their products, which the other company does so I can shop for health with price in mind for a higher quality Polyphenol count product. Checked this Amazon page and also NO/NADA polyphenol count available. Taste a 5 star, Customer service a 1 star, Lack of Polyphenol count a 1 star, but I gave a 4 overall due to best tasting oil for Mayo and salads.

I did some research because I don't like Statins I have no desire to be on anything long term that causes liver damage. I found out that Morrocan olive oil specially has more polyphenols,so I looked and found this one. I should tell you, I did not even like olive oil before this brand. I had tried to do olive oil from grocery stores hated them all and gave them away. This olive oil doesn't leave that funky film on your mouth. So my total cholesterol 6 months ago 224 and LDL was 146 I know it's bad. So I did consent to Statins and read that the combo of the oil and statin showed amazing results, so 3 months ago I started consuming 4 tablespoons of this oil (TBSP) per day. I made my egg white omelette every morning with it any oil left in pan got poured over the omelette and consumed. Well my results yesterday were : TOTAL CHOLESTEROL was 224 NOW 130 !!! LDL was 146 NOW 53 !!! So I think the research is correct , I did try to stay under 300 mg of cholesterol daily but didn't always manage that. So recipe for omelette, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/4 th cup shredded cheddar 1 great value sausage patty shredded with fork, salt,pepper ,Mrs Dash table blend. Heat pan add 4 Tbsp of this oil, cook to desired doneness eat enjoy. Good luck 😁
