Item arrived packaged safely and in pristine condition
Though the board is slightly smaller than noted (34” x 47”) the product itself arrived seamless, which was my primary concern. The whiteboard panels were covered with a transparent film, and protected with flat cardboard panels to cushion the folding boards from each other. The package itself was in a box clearly marked DO NOT BEND / DO NOT CUT as it would have been easy to slash into the board with a box cutter. I probably won’t mount it to the wall, as I want to be able to move it around my home freely, but everything arrived safely. I can’t wait to use it!

So much potential to be a great product yet so frustrating
Like some other reviewers, I share the same feeling for this product. I really really want to like this product. I can see that it has potential to be one of the best addition to my home office, and yet, I am so frustrated about the lack of design consideration. The foldable whiteboard is essentially two separate boards connected by a metal hinge that allows you to fold them together. There are 4 sides for the 2 boards, 3 of them are writtable, while the remaining one has a metal sheet backing. Clearly, it was meant to be mounted such that the metal backing is facing the wall while folded, so that you can not only write on front two faces when the hinge opens, but also the back of one side when it closes. This way, you truly get the benefit of a folding board - occupies less space on the wall, but expand to give you twice writing area when needed. However, the instruction tells you to mount the board completely opened, permanently fixing the four outer corners with drywall screws, anchoring them to the wall. So then, what's the purpose of having it foldable? There isn't any mounting brackets for all the inside cornors of the board. You will have to rely on some metal bracket which clearly wasn't design for it, since on the instruction, you actually place the marker/eraser holder in between the bracket and the board itself. Furthermore, if you are to install the eraser holder, it will interfere with the folding mechanism, such that you can't completely fold up the two boards. All that is enormously frustrating to me. Because clearly, if the manufacturer had gone through the design with more detailed considerations, I am sure they could have made this completely work as intended, foldable once mounted on one side (or even lockable), with some eraser holder not interfering with the folding mechanism. As it stands, it is a lot of 'could have', 'would have' and 'should have', such that I am still working on the best way to work around this design issues to best use it.

Almost perfect!
I would have given it 5 stars however when I received it it had a few spots where it was damaged. Other then that the description was exactly as mentioned.

Decent folding whiteboard, magnetic
This folding white oats is not meant for travel, but it’s fairly light so could possibly be used that way.It has three magnetic whiteboard surfaces of 2’ x 3’, with the back galvanized steel. The frame is aluminum with plastic pieces in the corners and connecting the hinge. The hinge is pretty ugly, it feels like a hack with an off the shelf hinge, and some plastic spacers to make it better fit the frame, but it stands out and interferes with the installation. It does appear heavy duty enough to last, though, so at least it’s durable and strong. The installation instructions need to be updated - it looks like they were meant for a non folding board and adapted poorly to a folding board. They instruct, for instance, to screw all the corners to the wall and put brackets on both sides of the board, but that would defeat the purpose of a folding white board. They need to be updated to reflect only one side should be attached to the wall.Further, the included marker and eraser holders do not fit if you want to open and close the whiteboard. They are easily detached so if you keep it predominantly in one position and rarely open or close it they’re fine, but I’ll probably set up a separate holder to the side or below the board attached to the wall. The hinge doesn’t have a keep closed or open spring or position, and there aren’t any clips or latches to hold the board open or closed. I’ll probably attach a magnet to the inside thick enough to touch both boards when closed so it’ll keep it closed, and probably one to the wall to keep it open. The hinge has some resistance so at the start it’ll stay where you put it, but having the swinging side bumping the wall as you use the board will get old pretty quickly, and the hinge will loosen over time and let the board open, close, and stay somewhere in between just due to vibrations over time, so I’ll set something up that’s more secure. The included hardware is cheap, and not the inexpensive kind of cheap - the screws stripped when I tried attaching them to studs, so they need to be pre-drilled if attaching them to wood or anything harder than drywall or the included anchors. The clips that hold the board are standard mirror clips.Altogether this is an early release product with a few bugs, so hopefully they improve it, particularly the marker holding solution, but it’s useful.
