No instructions - Multi-pack broken for resale
The plug-in arrived with no instructions and no box. Clearly a multi-pack that this seller was reselling in smaller pieces. I could not figure out how to get it to work - the refills would not fit the plug that came with it. Don't waste your money. I had to throw mine out.

Quit working
I have used this new automated plug in successfully for about a year. Today I put a new container of oils in and plugged it in like usual. I was surprised when the blue light indicating empty was still flashing. I switched oil containers and outlets but still the blue light kept flashing. I guess this new plug in is only good for a year. Time for a new one.
