First off, the instructions are inaccurate but hopefully you can tell what was lost in translation as the toothbrush isn't hard to figure out. I found it humorous the instructions said to plug the USB plug into the basement. I'm out of luck there as I have no basement.When I charged and ran the toothbrush for the first time, I noticed it was louder than I expected. It didn't feel like it was doing anything to my teeth, just a ever so slight vibration for 30 seconds. Yet, when I took the mouthpiece out and rinsed, my teeth felt clean and refreshed.The mouthpiece itself was easy to rinse out and I just sat it upright, away from the charger to dry.The instructions state the unit has 4 modes, strong brushing, regular brushing, massage and teeth scaling, but I don't know how the blue lights staying on without the unit otherwise running would qualify as any sort of teeth scaling.I'll continue to use it in the mornings and revert to traditional brushing the remainder of the day until I'm convinced it's not a gimmick. But so far, so good.

I need a replacement head. I don't know how to order one. Like the performance of product very well.

I was looking for a something for so long which can help whitening my teeth, I found a right product. It perfectly fits in you mouth and cleans up all you teeth with ease.

My husband is in the nursing home, and brushing his teeth has been an issue. The staff don’t have time to brush everyone’s teeth. My daughter saw this on line somewhere. It is perfect for him, it does a good job and he loves using it.

I thought this seemed like a great idea. Once I got the device I wasn't sure it was cleaning my teeth all that well, so I looked it up. Studies show this mechanism just doesn't work. I've included one below so you can verify my recommendations if you are uncertain. The only good thing it’s small for travel but you can’t really use it to brush it’s very uncomfortable and inconvenient
