Didn’t come with all parts/accessaries

This is a great bike and so worth the money. I take it everywhere. I bought a usb powered turn signal and everything else is already provided including the helmet, basket and front headlight. It's definitely worth every penny. It can also easily be ridden if you run out of juice. That's not a common feature of other electric bikes. They can be very difficult to pedal if you have to. I have no complaints and only good things to say about this bike. It aslo arrived fairly quickly. They have a factory in Anaheim and I'm in Palm Springs which is close but wtill it was nice to receive sooner rather than later. I've had it at least a couple of months now and have zero complaint. I'm 6'1? and approx. 200lbs. It's also flat here . Haven't had a opportunity to try on any hills. But, I''ve put saddle bags on it and regularly load it with 30 to 50lbs of groceries and no problem ever..

This is my first e-bike. I got it because I dont have a car, so it's my transportation to work. I absolutely love it! It's pretty comfortable after a while, and has great battery life. I ride about 12 miles a day, sometimes more and I have not completely ran out of battery just yet.However, about a month after I got it, the pedal assist quit working. I dont mind this but I bet to some people that would be pretty disappointing. I didn't assemble it myself- and this could be the place that put it together at fault, but the left pedal arm got completely stripped and was close to falling off. After it was replaced, the pedal assist started working again, but quit again not long after. Very occasionally I also have to "rev" the bike because for some reason it doesnt go the first time I pull back. As of right now, I've had this bike for about 3ish months.Overall, this is a very nice bike and I am quite happy with my purchase. I've received many compliments on it too! Just be warned it may need some work done sooner than you'd think.

Came earlier than expected, however, it was missing a piece and another piece came stripped. I am currently waiting on email replies to see what my next step is seeing as I cannot use my bike until these issues are solved. The instructions were horrible, and it took me forever to find an instructional video to assemble the bike. This was not the first ebike I have assembled, but definitely the one with the worst instructions.

It’s a very nice bike. However, manual is very poor, it won’t help much to know more details/specifications about how to assemble it. I had to see a lot of YouTube videos to assemble the bike since this was my first time to assemble a bike- Some parts are not pre-assembled in the proper way- Pedals are not pedaling forward- Pedals fear is whirling- I have to go to a nearby bike shop to fix all the issues and I have to pay for that after the manufacturer’s advice. But they compensated meIn general, it’s a good bike but I don’t recommend to buy it because of the above

Did not get what was pictured it took a month to get bike then another 2 weeks to get the helmet and basket that should have came with the bike as pictured because it was bought as one transaction. Although I am ok with the bike .
