Not confident in using this product! The label looks fakes ! It’s multiple spelling errors and the words are slanted . Always is a weird color very and does not match the picture very disappointed !!

I purchased this a few months ago in August 2019. Unfortunately, I waited to unwrap the tight cellophane and paper wrapping on this shea butter until it was too late to contact the company or return it. I just discovered, now Dec 12, that the product is dated Jan 2017 - 2 years old and the shea butter is gooey and unpleasant! The recommended shelf life for shea butter is about 1 to 2 years. Sad that a company isn't more conscientious. Plus the label on the container isn't anything like the label in the Amazon picture. Additionally, I discovered that the company Crispy Collection that sells this product is NOT a dedicated beauty and health distributor but sells all kinds of things. WARNING: Before you order a beauty product, check out the company. Shame on Amazon, shame on Crispy Collection, but shame on me for not doing my homework.

I didn't like using this so much I ended up throwing it away in exchange for a more pleasant brand. I'm not super familiar with shea butter to know if something was wrong with this one, but it smelled like rancid oil to me. It was very thick and hard to massage in, and stayed sticky for a long time. Only plus is it's a good value for the price. I tried Now Solutions shea butter, which I think is more refined, but it smelled much better, less musky, and was much creamier and smoother and still appears to work great.

Honest Review: I don’t normally write reviews on products but I had to for this product. This has African Shea Butter has exceeded my expectations and I won’t use anything else for a moisturizer! It’s been about 3-weeks of consistent use and this provides my skin with a nice healthy glow, and has started to fade my discoloration marks on my face without clogging my pores. You do have to work it in your hands a bit so you can apply it. A dime size amount goes a long way. The smell might not be for everyone but it doesn’t bother me. This is a great product to use!

I admit I was very skeptical, but I did my research, prayed about it and took a chance. I'm glad I did, Thank You Jesus, because You know how dry my skin is!! So grateful. It works so well, and spreads pretty easily. The natural scent isn't too strong, I love it. I definitely recommend and plan on ordering more in the future. I hope it's consistent enough though. YAY! to happy skin! I do have to add that it's unprofessional and disconcerting that there is no date for when it was made, all it said was NEW. I suggest that'd be fixed for future reference.

Product arrived as expected. In my opinion, don't be fooled by fancier packaging or higher prices at health food stores. This product is a great price and provides the same results. This product is great at keeping dry skin moist while it's actually nourishing your skin. It lasts a long time because it's super dense and a little goes a long way. It helps heal skin so it doesn't scar. It also helps heal up sunburns- but apply an ultra thin layer because oil actually retains heat. I prefer coconut oil for sunburns because it's much thinner and turns the burn into a tan (try it and be amazed).

I bought this to soothe my hands and notice that my nails are growing. I used to have split nails.

Really love how this cream feels on my skin. Your skin will stay moisturized the entire day. Ever since I used this product, I always order this brand. Highly recommended.
