The soles of your feet need to be pretty clean.
I've been using for about a week once a day at night for 15 minutes. I figured out the soles of your feet need to be pretty clean to get good electrical contact. I can feel the pulses, but it's too early to tell if it's making a difference. I will write another review in a month.

Received many compliments on the ring. If it goes on sale again I’d but another.

PRODUCT WAS A SCAM
I ordered this for my husband hoping it will help with his foot problem but we were VERY DISAPPOINTED, WE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION AND IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK AT ALL!SCAM..SCAM...SCAMWILL BE RETURNING FOR REFUND.

Power module
Right out of the box the power module would not power on. Connected it to the USB and left it plugged in overnight, still no power. Instructions are terrible. Sending back.

Very disappointed
My feet hurt every day due to standing for a long time, so I bought this product to relieve my foot muscles. I found that the product did not work at all. It could not relieve the pain and was a complete waste of money.
