Millet is my go-to breakfast. It is easy to prepare, has good flavor and is very healthy. It's all good! This company has never disappointed me.

Clean, and uniform in shape, Didn't find any irregular, dark, or misshapen/ broken pieces. I like that it's non-gmo. Try this as a breakfast porridge as an alternative to oatmeal. To cook : clean, rinse , be sure to add plenty of water as it has a tendency to soak up a lot of water, and monitor while boiling for overflow, remove any foam that surfaces ). Med-low flame for about 15 min. Sweeten or salted to taste.

I just ordered and cooked millet for the first time, and now I am a huge fan. It tastes similar to grits but is actually better flavor and healthier than corn grits. No need to sort or rinse before cooking. I toasted 1 cup in a dry sauce pan for 5 minutes on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Then I added 3 cups of water and 1/4 tsp salt and turned the heat up to high and cooked until it boiled. Then I covered with a lid, turned down the heat to low and simmered for 15 minutes, stirring a few times to prevent sticking on the bottom. Then I added 2 tbsp of ghee and some goat milk (1/4-1/2 cup, and shredded some goat cheddar cheese into it and served up in bowls, like porridge. It was a delicious dish and kept me full for the whole morning. Can't wait to make it again!

I have previously ordered and used this product from other vendors before. I had no idea that the product quality could be better. When I was ready to re- order I accidentally ordered with this vendor by Amazon. Upon receiving and using this product I found a very big difference in the quality and have since been ordering from them. It is very easy to cook and is the best substitute for rice. I use this for all my rice required dishes and can hardly tell he difference. I made a lentil rice dish called “khichardi” one day and my family did not know I had substituted this for rice until I told them.

I use this product in making my own bird seed mix!

Tried three times. The quality for the first two was excellent. The third time was a disappoitment but the customer service was the best! They really care about the product quality and the satisfaction of customers. Will order again in the future.

Those seeds really attract the birds, even blue jays visit my patio. Very nice 😃
