Good Basic to Mid Work Laptop
I am strictly using this laptop for work purposes. It runs fine with all the basic Windows features, slideshows, documents, videos, etc. This laptop is probably not useful for a PC gamer other than a few basic games, but that is not the intention.

Very Happy!
My last Acer is still running after 8 years. I thought it was time for an upgrade, so I bought another Acer. I am very happy with this laptop! It's thinner than my last Acer, which is ver nice. It came with stock with everything I'm used to. I plan on having this computer for a long time. And it was such a deal (I bought a used one for $189.00 and it looks brand new).

Ok Laptop
Ok laptop. Slim and nice size screen . I was disappointed with the ac adapter cable .They could have done better . All in all it's sufficient and reasonably priced

Terrible product with no service
Within 3 mos. computer kept locking up only to have to wait for the issue to clear or reboot. Took the laptop to Best Buy Geek Squad and was told it was a hardware issue of which they could not assist. Sent two emails to ACER - no response. At this point ready to throw away and buy a different brand. Will not buy an ACER product again.

Poor setup
They claimed it would have 256 GB of memory. It has 50 GB, so it's basically useless. I have almost nothing on it, and the memory is already full of apps. It's so slow, my word processor lags. My WORD PROCESSOR!! ***EDIT: it does, in fact, have 256 GB, but it's hard to find. The system does not automatically recognize and use the additional storage drive: you have to go into the control panel and change some advanced settings, and even then the Windows 11 system interface doesn't show the 256 GB drive. It has what it claims to have, but it's poorly set up. And still painfully slow if you have more than two or three windows open.***
