Delicious and easy to make!!!
I have given up carbs for health reasons but I am a pizza fiend so this dough is the perfect solution. My family laughs that I have given up carbs but then tried this dough and they loved it too. The taste is great! There is no real difference compared to a regular pizza crust. Highly recommend!!! I make both at a time and then save one in a storage bag in the fridge.

Vegan keto ftw!!!
This is the best vegan keto cauliflower crust I’ve ever had! I’ve been vegan for 5 years and recently have been doing low carb and I was worried I would be living off of tofu and avocados but then I found this god send! I made the whole box of dough and then divided it into two medium sided pizzas. I only ended up eating half of the medium pizza with the other half saved for leftovers and the other half of the dough in the fridge (so ate 1/4 of the dough) I rolled the dough out pretty thin so it could get nice and crispy. It was tricky at first because I can’t use flour like you would to kneed regular pizza dough. But a little olive oil helps and it kneeled very quickly. I pre baked the dough without toppings for 15 mins then baked again for another 15 mins with the toppings. I would say you can definitely taste the cauliflower which I don’t mind but it isn’t grainy or has the texture of cauliflower at all! It tasted just like thin crust pizza but obvious you don’t have to roll it out as much as I did if you want a thicker dough. I’m obsessed and it’s so affordable for the amount you get and actually filling. I’m gonna try to make bread with it next time. Vegan keto is not hard or boring at all! There’s so many options!For recipe: toppings I put were 1/2 cup of no added sugar 365 portabello tomato sauce, spinach, portabello mushrooms, a mix of daiya mozzarella cheese and follow your heat Parmesan cheese, and beyond vegan bratwurst sausage (the BEST!)

Ten Stars!!!
I know it's only a five star rating but I would definitely give this a ten star if I could. I cannot tolerate grains so Almond and Coconut flours are my friend. Even making pizza crust myself with Almond flour doesn't turn out as good as this does! I was hopeful to try this after trying the cake mix and was not disappointed! It's obviously not a standard crust like wheat, or even a GF grain crust, but I cannot tolerate processed grains so it's definitely the thing to try if you are like me. I put sauce, daiya cheese and pepperoni on the first one. And I made a fruit pie with it too (apple butter with apple compote, drizzled with cinnamon sugar glaze). I look forward to trying your other products too!

Surprisingly tasty!
I'll admit, the first couple of bites I was really unsure of whether it was any good. However, after I got used to the taste and texture, I decided it was so good that I wound up eating about another quarter of the pizza! lol We're going to buy another box to try to prepare it a bit differently for next time. On a round pizza tray, it sort of melted into all the small holes, which made it really crumbly, and impossible to actually pick up and eat like a pizza (eating it with a fork was fine). I will say, it does NOT taste like normal pizza crust! I only switched to Paleo a few months ago, but I'm so tired of recipes where people say "it takes just like the real thing!" Like...how long has it been since you've had the real thing for you to think this tastes similar?! Anyway, it serves it's purpose (yay, pizza!), and just because it doesn't taste like "real" pizza crust, doesn't mean it's not delicious in it's own way. :)

Quick, easy, healthy and tasty.
When I make the easy to prepare dough, I divide it into 2 equal round balls. I flatten each one out to the desired size I want and put it in oven for 5 mins. I remove it from oven & put a sauce that I have previously made. I’ll make the sauce with different ingredients, (red peppers, onions, fresh garlic, etc.) Sometimes I’ll add a meat to sauce. When I pour the sauce with its fixings on pizza dough, I’ll then add some fresh, cut asparagus tips (uncooked), on top and then add a grated cheese on top of that...or Nutritional Yeast, which is delicious & great for those who have dairy allergies. Pop pizza back into oven 15-20 min. and out comes a delicious pizza/meal. A nice healthy salad on the side and it is enjoyed by all.(PS I always try to use healthy or organic veggies so that’s an added benefit.)

Surprisingly delicious!
I’ve only tried the pancake waffle mix and I’m sold. Seriously, buy it! I recently started a new eating habit and lifestyle and I was already expecting it to taste awful and that I will suffer through it. Lol. No way! So glad it wasn’t true. The flavor is delicious, the consistency a success. It does not taste like it came from a box guys. You physically feel good when you’re eat it like you’re not putting junk in your body. I don’t usually leave reviews but had to do it after smashing these pancakes. And no I’m not getting paid for this. Thanks Simple Mills.

Healthy, easy to make, and great taste
If you are following a paleo or Candida diet, this pizza crust is perfect! The taste is incredible, you would almost never know that it is not a normal pizza crust. I normally have a hard time with almond flour products having a strong taste, but this is nice blend of flavoured ingredients. Once you have your toppings on (I’ve used these for pesto pizza and tomato sauce pizza) you will have no idea you are eating a healthier option. The directions are easy to follow, just be aware when you buy that there are additional required ingredients (including grapeseed oil).

Different ... but Very Easy and Good
This is so easy to make, and quite delicious (the oregano and garlic are a great addition). We do not eat white flour so are always looking for alternative pizza crust. We find this very tasty and it bakes to perfection in the specified time. The texture is somewhat akin to that of short pastry (though, heavens, much less fat!), and we like it, but if you want a "bready" crust, you probably won't like this. We're going to try a desert pizza next; likely sweet potato and apple.

Excellent product but does it need to be this expensive?
Love this product, shame it's so expensive as I'd buy it often. I understand it needs to be at higher price compared to other mainstream pizza bases to maintain its quality and as it contains almonds etc. but I do wonder how much margin is added and if this was to be different how much it would increase sales.

Tastes great
Really easy & tastie. Shame it’s a bit pricey £13.95 includes p&p for 2 pizza bases. Make it more affordable and I’d get it all the time.
