I really like this set up just difficult to screw the brackets on because you have to go through the fabric and there aren’t any pilot holes. Once you do that not too bad. Make sure you have a ladder and two people to set up difficult to keep level and mark where to mount without 2 people. But I think it’s very cute and my kitten is starting to play on it and only had it a week.

The shelves themselves look very nice and that's about the only positive piece of feedback I have. The quality of the wall anchors and screws they provide with the product to put them on the wall is literally the worst I have ever seen. The anchors don't actually work to keep the shelves up. The screws provided to screw the brackets into the shelves and the wall just fall out of the shelves. You'd think when you spend $80 on a product they could provide some better quality materials to hang the items with. My cats have literally fallen off the wall when these fell off and broke. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

We were so excited to have this for our cats. The first time they jumped on, one of the shelves gave way and our cats fell. They fell from a height but thankfully they were not injured. We thought it was how we put the shelves in so we fixed the shelve and put it back up. The cats were shy to get back on but after weeks of encouragement they got back on. The first few times were fine then all of a sudden another shelf gave way when they were climbing on. One cat fell and hit the water dispenser located below. This could have been a serious injury but thankfully he was ok. Our cats are 10lbs and they were not doing any kind of acrobatic feat. These shelves are dangerous and should not be sold until the design is improved. My husband mentioned that the shelves do not allow centering around studs and the nails/anchors are not adequate to support the force of motion. I see several reviews that are similar to ours posted after we purchased. If you are reading this and love your cats, I would not recommend purchasing these shelves.

The cats love this! They think I'm watching them but I'm watching tv. Lol they love being up high! Have to get another one! We have more wall space! I'm not sure who likes it more... me or the cat's. Well worth the money. It is made well. Great product!

Very good product, easy to install. I do recommend using a battery powered drill as there are eight screws per piece . Otherwise very sturdy product.

I'm still trying to figure out what am I supposed to do with screws that are 3/4 of an inch too long. Very nice for my cats to have 4 screws per piece sticking out. Very attention to details on this one
