I’ve been seeing ads for Lume on Youtube and like most people assumed it would just be as seen on TV junk. I have always had trouble with smelly armpits - even the clinical stuff can’t give me a full 24hrs of stink-free pits. I’ve tried everything from aluminum free to the highest percentage of aluminum and always disappointed. Last year I tried benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid which was most effective keeping me stink free for over 24 hrs but it does cause a bit of itching and itching a bit of a hassle so I went back to a spray by Secret and accepted that even if I shower in before, I’d be gross before my 12 hr shifts are over. I became pregnant this year and I swear even showering and deodorant doesn’t keep the stink away for more than a couple of hours. Not only that, but the smell of everything is overwhelming and nauseating. I threw out my secret spray and tried unscented bar deodorants by Ban and Secret and even those were too much. I tried going back to the benzoyl/salicyclic, but again the scent 🤢 Feeling hopeless, desperate and after reading positive opinions of Lume on Reddit I decided to splurge. After reading a few Amazon reviews I worried that the Rose scent would be too overpowering, but ordered anyway knowing that I could return it if it didn’t work. I’ve now been using Lume for about a week and must say I am in LOVE. I haven’t sniffed the bar, but after applying 4 swipes on each pit I can say the scent is mild, not triggering and does fade to almost hopeless. This is the first deodorant to give me over 48 hours of stink-free and I’ve been using deodorants for over 20 years! It goes on easily and doesn’t leave an impossible residue on my scrubs like the aluminum stuff does. This product is truly life changing and I will continue to purchase. I did consider giving only 4 stars because $20 is a lot for deodorant, but really it’s a small price to pay to no longer worry about if your coworkers and BF can smell your bo. Feeling insecure to hug because of someone possibly smelling you absolutely sucks. Smell like nothing and feel confident with this stuff. Btw I haven’t tried Lume anywhere other than pits and haven’t tried the cream yet.

The reason I ordered was I was in desperate need for a deodorant that actually worked for someone in ketosis. The fact that this works despite the strong oder that comes while being on keto should speak for itself. At first I thought this was just another stupid product influencers were trying to push, but I'm happy to say I was wrong. I ordered the Soft Powder scent and I'm so happy with it. It smells like fresh linens and is so versatile if you are pairing it with perfume. Definitely do not get the Vanilla scent if you are sensitive to smells... I am not that kind of person that particular scent caused me to have the worst headache.

Absolutely love this product for the areas of your body you normally don't put any kind of deodorant on. I don't use it on my armpits. I enjoyed the smell. Unfortunately in certain areas it tends to gather. I am large breasted and it works great under your breasts but will gum up together.

I still sweat under my armpit, but no stinky smell. Not sure if the amount of sweat increased or decreased with Lume. The only thing I don't like about this is the smell of the deodorant. And please note, the lotion is very very tiny. If you're just looking for the deodorant itself, go to Target.

I normally use the spray version, but I decided to try this for vacation and ended up really liking it. The consistency is softer than a typical stick and applies easily, which actually makes it nice to use as a whole body deodorant. That part surprised me in a good way. It doesn't leave any marks or staining on my clothing. It is the effective long lasting deodorant I'm used to with Lume. It does feel like I use a bit more product compared to a regular stick, but it’s long-lasting and keeps odor away well throughout the day. Overall, I’m happy with it and would use it again, especially for travel.

Product last all day! Controls sweat very well also! Dose not irritate the skin for me at all! Very effective! I had bad body order so to health condition and this product helped so much with that!

The deodorant is good. Not 20$ good. The lotion stinks bad really bad

I’ve tried a ton of deodorants that are aluminum and baking soda free. This has been the most effective one by far. Unfortunately, the Peony Rose irritated my skin and my armpits broke out in an itchy rash. I have no issue with the body wash, though. Basically, if you have sensitive skin, give it a whirl but have a plan b if you react to it.

I switched from aluminum deodorant to this, I was worried about the transition but it went well! The scent is so good, not too strong. A little pricey but I value what I put on my body so it’s worth it!

I used to have really strong underarm odour and nothing seemed to last. This completely changed that. It keeps me fresh all day, even on busy or long travel days. The tangerine scent is light and pleasant, not overpowering and the texture is very smooth. I also love that it’s small and easy to travel with. Great value for money and very effective. I have had no skin irritation with it. Big bonus, no aluminium. I’ve adopted it now and will definitely repurchase Cons: the cream is smaller than I anticipated it to be but great pocket size that fits even in small bags
