Yes, they are flexible when frozen. They get very cold and stay cold for a long time

Q: Are the covers machine washable?

It's been six years, and they're still doing fine in my freezer. Haven't changed the covers.

Q: What is the size of each ice pack?

Each ice pack is a different size ranging from small to xl. It’s 2 small 2 medium size and a X-Large included.

Q: Can I buy extra sleeves

I would have no idea. I would suggest that would be a question for the manufacturer. Normally, there is a customer service phone number one can access on the package.
