No you will need to lay a concrete base yourself

Q: I move quite often. Is this easy to put up and take down?

Takes time to put it up first time, but can easily be taken down in 5 parts once put up. Front, back, sides and the top. You'll see for yourself when yoy put it up.

Q: 8x4 shed how wides the door opening side to side please would a motorcyle pass through

yes, you should be able to get a motor bike through the door , (0.75 mtr) .

Q: Have erected the shed come to fit the doors and they won't slide in. Not enough gap on rail to do so ????

We had the same issue, you might have to slightly unscrew the roof so you can get the doors on ( by putting the bottom of the door in the groove first ), it seemed to work for us.
