These seem to have lost their edge quicker.
The price was great and they fit perfectly and the initial cuts were fast and clean. The issue with short chainsaws is that there aren’t as many teeth, so they obviously won’t keep an edge as much as a longer chain with more teeth. I was also cutting some roots along with branches and although attempting to minimize ground contact with the blade, it happens, so that will dull any blade. I was cutting, green, softwoods, and hardwoods and did work it pretty hard. I think the metal is not as hard, but for the price you really can’t complain. I will sharpen the used chains and see how they last on wood alone. I figure I should get at least another few uses before the sharpening removes too much material. Anyway, your mileage may vary, but all chains wear down and should be sharpened or replaced when they do. I was trying to minimize the time and changed chains instead of sharpening as I went so I could cut more brush in less time. It’s a fair trade off. Buy much more expensive chains that will last a bit longer or use these which still hold up quite well for normal homeowner use. If I was going to to a lot more cutting on a regular basis, then spending more would be worth it in the long run, but this is a pruner and if you need to do that extent of cutting, then use a hand held chainsaw with a longer bar. I have those too, but reaching through brambles and getting access in mucky places was why I used a pole saw instead of them and it did what I wanted at a safe distance with solid footing. You get what you pay for, but these are a real bargain given the caveats above.

Great value for your money
For the price you can’t beat it! I recently used one of these new ones to chop fire wood and it did very well. Can’t beat the price!

Let Me Tell You, These Effin Chains Rip Like No Tomorrow At a Great Price.
Do not hesitate to buy these. They are a great price and you are getting a chain that rips like no ones business. I have tried every brand of chain from Husquvarna to Stihl and many others and they cost $30 a chain. With these you get 3 chains for $33 and that is a deal. I honestly can't believe how aggressive and how well they cut and these trees' are anywhere from 6" in diameter to 24" in diameter monster trees. I have been using them on my Huskie 390XP 6.5 HP saw and I did some serious cutting this weekend and removed altogether 18 trees with eaze. Just make sure you are running your chain so lubrication is constantly on it and they will cut like a dream. I could not be happier with these chains.

Wow
I have been searching for chainsaw since Hurricane Helena came through. 3 weeks later we are still struggling to get certain supplies in our local stores. I have bought many brands of chains only to be dull in an couple hours. These has to be the best chainsaw i have ever used. I have cut for 8 straight hours with no filing or changing the chains. Loyal patron from this day forward

Working great in my DeWalt pole saw
I don't always have the time to re-sharpen a chain blade in mid trimming adventure. Much quicker to swap in another chain. These are at least as sharp as the chain that came installed in my DeWalt battery powered pole saw. Happy customer.

Good Price
I used the chain on my Stihl MS250. Used it to cut up a few solid birch trees into fire wood. It held up well considering I hit the dirt a couple times. I will buy these chains again as I get 3 chains for the price of 1 Stihl chain. It's a no brainer.

Great bang for your buck
As a firewood business i have used many different products. I ordered upforest 24” chains for my husqvarna 460, they fit absolutely perfect, ride in the bar groove perfect, they cut just as good as any other popular brand on the market today. The teeth file quite easily and the chain holds up with 24”+ trees as well as ripping. All in all good bang for your buck

Sharp
Sharper than Oregeon chains. Minimal stretch even when cutting buckthorn for hours . I recommend.

Upforest Chains
Decided to give these a try. Ordered on Friday, received on Monday. Fit perfectly on Husqvarna 445. The cutters have no guide lines for filing so messaged seller about file size and filing angle. Reply came within minutes (30 degrees, 5/32 file). After cutting three medium fir trees the chain is still pretty sharp. Overall I am pretty pleased. Some things to consider when reading reviews on chains - some people complain they stretch or become loose. This is normal. Most new chains need to be tightened after a few cuts. Any chain regardless can be made dull almost instantly if you hit dirt. Again not a chain issue. No chain will cut well if it is not sharpened properly. Most people (myself included) don't know how to do this using a hand file. Unevenly sharpened chains will cause crooked cuts and wear/damage the bar. I highly recommend a sharpening jig sold by Oregon (I have a Granberg). These will sharpen every cutter at exactly the same angle and depth.
