MobileCinema i70 DLP Pico Projector - Silver

Magic projector but having updated my iPhone and iPad to IOS 10 it no longer works. Had to return for a full refund and Aiptek we too slow to respond to me request for help. It is not compatible with IOS 10.UPDATE 11 Oct 2016Having had an email exchange with Aiptek they said I could wait for a downloadable update to their firmware as it was not yet available OR return it to them in Germany as the new batch of i70 had new firmware in them. I opted for the return and my new projector arrived today and it works!!! Excellent. Aiptek also refunded the postage too.

This product does not work with iOS 10 i.e. the most recent Apple software. I could not connect it to my iPad or iPhone. I called the company in Germany and they would not talk to me. They then e-mailed me saying that there are function problems with iOS 10. There was no option except to send it back to Amazon and get a refund. Do not buy this if you have an Apple!

Small, smaller, i70.This is really one of few projectors that deserves the name "Pico". It is very small and very light, so that it is no problem carrying it in your pocket.I expected it to be bigger, so that I really was surprised seing how small it is in reality. When seing the real size, I was sceptical about the performance but it is fully ok. Of course you cannot compare it with a big movie projectors and if you want to have a good and bright picture you either have to be in dark surrounding or you have to keep the distance to the projected area shorter.For quickly projecting short videos or photos it is a very good gadget. For longer presentations or watching whole movies it has its limitations in resolution and sound (yes, it has integrated speakers but of course in this size of projector, they are not really strong).The wireless connection to my mobile phone can be set up very easy. The battery life time is around 80 minutes.
