A little confusing to construct, but amazing once completed. Pieces did not come clearly labeled (mainly the screws, bolts, and washers) but a halfway savvy person can figure it out. Took a little over an hour to assemble.

This turns your Hoverboard into a Go-cart. It is extremely well made, and is sturdy,.and durable. We've had ours since Christmas '25.and it is still in perfect condition. The seat is comfortable for kids through at least medium size adult (that's all we've tried). It is easy to maneuver & is fun. Your.success at the Hovercart experience will.ultimately.depend on the type of Hoverboard you have.

My kids have enjoyed these very much. They have been using for quite some time, and they have held up fairly well. one complaint is the quality of the straps which hold the seat to the hoverboard. They tore pretty quickly, and I had to order new straps multiple times. I ended up coming up with an alternate solution which worked much better

UPDATE 2/19/25- I have downgraded to one star and would make zero if able. GoTrax received my return on 1/28/25 and has not shipped a replacement for the defective item. I will be notifying Amazon and my banking institution to report FRAUD. I have already contacted the BBB and seen several similar complaints logged. GoTrax customer support continues to say to have patience and that a replacement will be shipped within "3-5 days." Please note, we started this process on January 5th... Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product. The front wheel is defective and as the card in the box stated, all issues should be dealt with GoTrax customer service. After several back-and-forth emails and videos sent, they agreed to replace our unit, but only after we ship the entire system back. They provided a return label but it still cost us $15 more to ship it to them with boxing/packing, etc. It’s been over a week since we sent it out and it’s lost in transit (likely due to the southern snow storms). Still incredibly frustrating since we won’t get a replacement until after they receive the faulty one. My son loved this gift more than anything and it’s disappointing for him to be without it for likely weeks on end. All they really needed to do was send us a replacement front wheel. I’m not sure why the process has to be so cumbersome and expensive. I will try to update again in a week if anything has changed. I should have reached out to Amazon first, but regrettably followed the instructions inside the box.

I just laughed when I watched my grandson use this thing. It is just a riot and it’s easy to put on and takeoff so you don’t have to use it all the time but what fun he’s had with it.

A little bit of a challenge to put together but my 12 year old son LOVES it! Best gift ever!! Highly recommend!

Broke within first hour of use. This is probably one of the lowest quality and worst built products I have ever purchased on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to get a different version of this product. There are a few different key design flaws that make this device nearly impossible to use. First is the front wheel. The bearing that attaches to the frame is loose which is acceptable but annoying and poor build quality. The bearings inside the wheel are the lowest quality bearing I have ever seen. They literally fell apart on the first hour of use. My son is 8 years old and weighs 65 lbs so there is no reason for this to ever occur. I had to add plastic spacers to the shock mounts because the tolerance on the width of the mounts are off by a major amount. Lastly the screw that attaches the major assembly to the hoverboard will not stay screwed tight for more than 5 minutes. This is minor for a while but then becomes a safety issue. I haven't bought the more expensive versions yet but I can tell you definitively to not purchase this one!

This is a great add on to the hoverboard. My young one loves it and uses it every day. It is a fun Kart, and comfortable to ride.

The best gift! Our 7yr old loves it. So much fun.
