Fun Strategic Fantasy Card Game that Strengthens Math Skills!
Our six-year-old daughter received this as a gift for Christmas (along with a bonus copy of Mathemagical World, which involves less strategy but is a fun math-required dice-roller), and we have greatly enjoyed playing it. We've tried it with two players and with three, and it was very enjoyable both ways. The first time we played, it was with just two players, and I thought the stack of character cards looked too big and thought the game would drag on, so I set a third of it aside, but the game went by very quickly, and I added it back in and finished the full game, and it was the perfect length. It moves even faster with three players and is very dynamic. The game is simple enough that my daughter could learn the rules quickly and play independently, with minimal coaching, but allows for enough strategy that you could make it quite competitive, especially with older children or with other adults involved. The Action Cards allow for a number of sneaky maneuvers and unexpected surprises. The fantasy art on the cards is great and is fun to look at again and again, and the race and class descriptions in the instructions give the characters some added flavor. A few of the "undead" character cards are a little creepy-looking, but they didn't bother our somewhat timid six-year-old at all.The different levels of math involved (you can choose easy, moderate, or hard) give the game great staying power. We're playing on the easy level now, but I think the family will still be enjoying the game in a couple years when our daughter is ready for hard mode. It's been fun seeing her work out the math enthusiastically as she plays. At twenty bucks, the game is a great bargain and a quality product. Don't judge it by the box cover, which may feel a little crowded or somewhat suboptimal in its graphic design. The interior contents (the instructions, the cards, and the plastic card holder) are terrific. I highly recommend the game for families, especially those that enjoy fantasy together, and for parents who love card and board games.

Best math game for kids!
The best math game for kids out there!!! We have been using Mind Inventions products for years and we are very happy with Kingdom Battle. It is a level up from the Mathemagical World board game which our kids love and play almost every day. Kingdom Battle is filled with amazing characters, full of fun colors and is so much fun to play. Our kids played 4 rounds in a row! Especially great is that it has 3 levels (easy, medium and hard). I noticed someone in the review section said the game has too many numbers and cards are too small but those seem to be reviewed by people who didn't even play the game. The cards are regular standard size and level difficulty is easy to follow that our 8 year old could manage. They even have a mode where a 5 year old can play! We couldn't be happier with this game and would highly recommend it for anyone whose kids want to practice math without actually realizing they are doing math!

Replay, fun, match all 100
Great game for my 5,7,and 9 yr Olds... and me. We play it often and it's a joy. Teaches addition and doing math in your head really well. Card art is great, rules are easy but allow for skill and varied strategy.Only gripe is my cards show their use with the black backs but we don't care...its well used.No hesitatations. Purchase.A great family company with a personal note written too. I have not yet played the other game they gave with this. We are too busy playing Kingdom Battles!

Perfect for the families of TCG enthusiasts
The media could not be loaded. An amazing game for getting your kids ready for more complex TCG. For those who love Magic the gathering and other beloved trading card games. This game has a lot of the themes. Just with a more simple delivery and design. Perfect for those parents who can’t wait to play their favorite collectible card game with their children. Beautiful artwork and easy to learn. As well as an amazing way to practice the math they are learning in school. Addition, subtraction, and multiplication all their hidden in its design. Great job Mind Inventions! From my family to yours. Keep em coming.

Kids are excited!
Our game arrived perfectly and much earlier than anticipated. The art work on each card is pretty incredible. Instructions are included as well as a “how to play” video. Family friendly! I would say this game is for kiddos and adults of all ages.

1st grader loves it!
I initially purchased Mathemagical World by Mind Inventions. It had wonderful reviews, but I was skeptical that my 1st grader would choose to play a math game over others. I could not have been more wrong! As others wrote, he requests to play Mathemagical World over and over. His friends always want to play as well. They have fun, but it is a fantastic way to solidify math facts. In a couple weeks I’ve watched him get quicker and quicker until his answers are automatic. He still loves it, but it’s time for something more challenging, so we’ve moved on to Kingdom Battle! It is a fun way to work on basic addition and subtraction, and begin multiplication and division concepts through halving, doubling, and tripling. Kingdom Battle involves more strategy and is a great step up from Mathemagical World.
