I’m 6’4” and 206. I already have assistance bands but my pull up bar is too high for me to leverage them so I decided to give this a try. Received it yesterday and used it today. Easy setup and works great. Used all 3 bands to help the way up and slowly lower myself for eccentric movement. Was able to to do 2 sets of 10. Would recommend for people that need a kick start for strict pullups. Only reason for 4 stars is the clips are a bit loose (don’t retract effectively) and its a pretty tight squeeeze for all three bands. But other than that….its a big changer to help get to full/strict pullups.

Love it. The only issue and it's not that big of an issue, but so far, the foot straps should be easier to put your foot in. I'm not sure how it could be done but that's the only issue I have with this. Love it!

Cumbersome and not so easy to set up unless you don't travel with it. Once set up, it's not too bad - just a little awkward getting into the foot straps. I was taking it into the gym and felt kinda funny setting it up and using it. People were like, why not just use the loop bands? So now it sits in my basement.

It's cool, but if you want to be able to do pullups you need to do pullups. This will not really help you to do a real pullup but it may help build upper lats in a person who has never worked them out.
