I tried every sling after my rib and shoulder injury, before and after surgery, in hot and cold weather ... and it would be foolish not to add this to your repertoire. At several times, I required a more stabilizing sling, but when requirements were more lax, this thing beat them all for comfort and flexibility. In the cold, it's easy to take it on and off and adjust it for use over heavy clothing, or when stripping heavy clothing. In the heat, it naturally "breathes" and allows airflow where it doesn't usually flow with traditional slings. Removes uncomfortable friction created with traditional slings. Now, during months of shoulder recovery, I always wear it during walks or long periods standing, and frequently wear it at all other times when my shoulder gets tired of supporting my arm. Most other times, I have it in my purse just in case. I adjust frequently and so far the velcro has held up well. It's soft around the neck and arm holds. This is a must have.

Materials are good quality, Velcro is very strong. Comfortable and easy to setup. Very lightweight and small enough to fit in pocket.

It was a little tricky to get on. I dislocated my shoulder and I hoped this would work but it didn't sit right on my body. It could be because I am quite small. It is well made and I think it just didn't work for me.

They need to make this longer. Ordered for my husband who recently had elbow surgery. He was splinted at about a 45 degree angle at the elbow and the only way this will fit is when it is worn as one big loop (even if his elbow was at 90 degrees, it would need to be be longer). This puts all the pressure on one spot on his forearm which gets uncomfortable after awhile and also causes more neck tension. It is way too short to be worn any other way. THIS IS NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL. He is about 5'11" and 200 lbs. If you are a large person, I would suggest ordering 2 of these to be long enough. This is at least better than the cheap sling they gave him after surgery. If this were longer, I would give it another star. You can always cut this shorter if it were made longer to begin with, but you can't make it any longer without buying another one.

Bought for a family member. They love it. Easy to take on and off, comfortable (is not hot - we live in a humid place), great shoulder support and we got a fun color.

I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and will likely need a sling for life. The design is simple and light weight. It doesn’t pull on my neck as much as the sling my Dr provided. The Velcro is strong as is easily adjusted if needed for wearing over a jacket. I will be using this a lot, would recommend.

I knew it. Of course the directions are in broken weird English there are extra velcro pieces and no explanation what to do with them. The video is impossible to follow they don't tell what direction the logo is, what sticky part goes where. I knew I shouldn't have bought this, now I have to find a real sling and barely move my arm. Why can't sellers ever have instructions you can actually follow. Don't but this it's a waste of time

I have had shoulder problems my adult life. And had to get a replacement.6 surgeries total. So I have a various need of support.It’s worked for all of my needs. The multiple positions available are a huge plus. And for women. IT DOESN'T MAKE YOU HOTTER. 🥵And you can move it and change it to your needs. Used it for a separated shoulder after having a full sling for a couple of weeks. This was much cooler and provided nice support.

It took me a while to work out how to do this to support my arm. It comes with instructions on many ways how to do it and also a YouTube to show you how to do it.It is nice and soft but sturdy to hold your arm. Recommend thank you
