I love it
I love this thing, great quality not sure how the battery life is just yet it was charged when I got it, so I was able to test it immediately. This will be perfect for my commute to work

I love this scooter! App is terrible though
This scooter actually goes pretty fast, haven't had any issues with it so far. Breaks are a little touchy. My only issue is with the app being difficult to find n it sometimes disconnects from blue tooth but that doesn't stop you from being able to still ride. Goes up too 20 mph n I've gone about 23 miles per charge but I prefer to keep it charged up .. takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge

It stopped working after 2 months
This is the worst scooter I have ever purchased. The scooter stopped working after two months it is fully charged and it just went dead while I was riding it (it does not turn on) I am stuck with a useless scooter. I am unable to return it due to it being past the return window. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase this scooter. It's useless!

Bit of a rough ride
Bought this fir my husband. He used it to go back and forth to work. At first he liked it, however, if you're on roads that need repair it's a rough ride. The reason being the tires are solid, so you feel every bump, rock, etc.

Wonderful Customer Service
My daughter got this to use at college. She has had a great experience and loves how easy it is to use and its quickness to help get her where she needs to be. We needed to contact the company about an issue and they were extremely helpful and prompt. Would highly recommend it for your adult child for sure :)

No customer support
I rode it about 2 times, when I went to charge the scooter the charger didn't work. Defective charger, I requested a return but received no response.
