The harp arrived on time. A very beautiful piece. Plays very well

I can look past some woodwork quality issues for an inexpensive harp, but I can’t ignore the fact that the levers are totally installed incorrectly. Some of them change the pitch by as much as two full steps (C goes to E). When I reached out to the seller about this they did tell me I could have levers replaced if need be, and they would comp me. If the levers had been installed correctly, I could have them adjusted, but they put screws into the levers on either side of the adjustment slot, so adjustment was impossible. Seller would not send return label and Returning costs nearly half the cost of the Harp, and they charge a hefty restocking fee so now I’m stuck with a non functioning harp. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

It's not bad, just a student-grade harp - with a price point that's very close to that of high-quality harps. The Chelby levers on mine are crooked and bump into each other, and there are holes which were drilled in the wrong place. Returns are not easy. Just be warned - for a few more dollars you could get an actual Roosebeck.
