Pivot door hinges
These look high quality, very substantial looks like they will pivot smoothly, however we did not use these , difficult to install, you have to inset one in the under side of the door so it should be solid and one into the floor , we had tile so decided not to drill into our tile but it wouldn’t be as hard on wood floor, comes with instructions but will require someone good with chiselling for a neat professional jobGave 5 stars because they really look durable and high quality

4 Stars, Non-Existent Instructions
So here’s the deal. It works, and it works well. In order for it to work well, you will have to be handy enough to make it work without instructions. Measure the length from the install site to the center of each bracket, then chisel the depth and perimeter of each piece. Put the door on and see how the swing is and make sure you are lined up for a smooth close. If you are not, you will need to purchase a wood planer to plane the door or the jamb. Take it one step at a time and figure out where the hiccups are. You’ll get there.
