Awful to non existent customer service. Poor quality item
Terrible customer service.Poor quality boiler and tap. Boiler unit went faulty after a couple of weeks. Eventually managed to get through to customer service - after lots of back and forth they promised to send a replacement boiler unit. This never arrived and now they don’t even reply to any communication. Save your money - avoid like the plague. I wish we had.

Poor quality. Didn’t last a year. Awful customer service. I know see they no longer stock this item! AVOID.

Lovely tap only issue we had was the threaded barrel that goes through worktop and connects tap to worktop was too short. Rant them up to see if they could supply a longer one and guy on phone just wasn’t interested. Searched everywhere for longer barrel. Hubby had to chisel away sink unit to get it to fit
